Chorwacki dyrygent młodego pokolenia. W styczniu 2024 roku objął stanowisko głównego dyrygenta Filharmonii Państwowej w Oradei w Rumunii. Jest także dyrygentem gościnnym orkiestr Bad Reichenhall Philharmonics, Vienna Mozart Orchestra oraz Chorwackiego Teatru Narodowego w Zagrzebiu. Występuje z orkiestrami w całej Europie Środkowej, m.in. w Austrii, Chorwacji, Rumunii, Słowenii i Polsce. Ukończył studia z wyróżnieniem na Uniwersytecie Muzyki i Sztuk Scenicznych w Wiedniu, a następnie był stypendystą studiów podyplomowych w Hans Swarowsky Akademie. W 2023 roku został uhonorowany chorwacką nagrodą Večernjakova domovnica w kategorii muzycznej za wybitny wkład w promowanie chorwackiej kultury muzycznej za granicą.

Croatian conductor of the younger generation. In January 2024, he assumed the position of Principal Conductor of the Oradea State Philharmonic in Romania. He is the guest conductor of the Bad Reichenhall Philharmonics, Vienna Mozart Orchestra and Croatian National Theater in Zagreb. He conducts orchestras across Central Europe, including Austria, Croatia, Romania, Slowenia and Poland. He finished his studies with distincition at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and was a postgraduate scholar of the Hans Swarowsky Akademie. In 2023 he was awarded with the Croatian Homeland Award Večernjakova domovnica in the music category for his outstanding contribution representing Croatian music abroad.

Od tego czasu prowadzona jest przez skrzypków – pedagogów uczelni, którzy kontynuują tradycję poznańskiej szkoły wiolinistycznej. Dotychczas mieli okazję współpracować m.in. z Bartoszem Bryłą, Jakubem Haufą, Jarosławem Żołnierczykiem czy Jarosławem Thielem. Od roku 2018 kierownictwo artystyczne pełni Marcin Suszycki – koncertmistrz Orkiestry Filharmonii Poznańskiej, z którym orkiestra realizuje programy z repertuarem muzyki klasycznej jak i muzyki XX i XXI wieku.

Since then, it has been led by violinist faculty members who continue the traditions of the Poznań violin school.The ensemble has collaborated with artists such as Bartosz Bryła, Jakub Haufa, Jarosław Żołnierczyk and Jarosław Thiel. Since 2018, the position of artistic director has been held by Marcin Suszycki, concertmaster of the Poznań Philharmonic Orchestra. Under his direction, the ensemble performs programmes encompassing both classical repertoire and music of the 20th and 21st centuries.
